Provided your cooked meat has been thawed in the refrigerator and not at room temperature then you can safely refreeze it. The quality of your meat may be impaired but simply place back in the freezer and ensure you cook the food to a safe temperature once it has been thawed for the second time.

The best and safest way to re-freeze thawed, cooked meat is to put it back in the freezer as long as it is not completely thawed yet. Otherwise just store it in the fridge and make sure it stays in a cold spot, until you want to use it, but not for longer than a couple of days.
