You can pressure wash vinyl shutters if they are not painted (because that will chip the paint). If they are painted, sand them down & repaint.

You can purchase a product called Shutter-Renu. It works very well in bringing back the color to your faded shutters. Just apply it to your shutters to improve it's look.

First, you will need to give those shutters a good cleaning and scrubbing with warm soapy water. Allow to dry. Then apply a de-oxidizer, use a thin coat. After that dries, if they still look faded, you will need to paint them. Apply a thin coat of primer and then paint.

Sttep 1. Ensure they are soap and water clean. Step 2. Ensure they are now dry and clean. Step 3. You Apply a de-oxidizer. Step 4. Paint.
