The fuel injectors are going to be located right under the fuel rail and you will just need to take the clamps holding down the rail to be able to pull it up and out of the way and then you get to the injectors.

This answer varies greatly depending on year of the vehicle, and which one of the many Chevy engines is in the truck. Generally, the fuel injectors are located underneath the air and fuel intakes on the top of the engine. This is a very involved procedure, and calibration requires expertise.

Well start by releasing the pressure in the fuel line by deactivating the fuel pump and running the engine out of gas. The disassemble the system including the fuel rail and it should let you at the injectors. The unbolt them and unhook the electrical connectors. The should come right out. Then reverse the process with the new ones.
