What can be done to fix a bad fuel injector?

I have never really heard of fixing a fuel injector. Sometimes they can be cleaned up, but if it's faulty and not working properly, the proper procedure is to just replace the part.

You have to have the garage replace to old injector it is cheaper to replace it than try and fix the old one.

It is usually cheaper to replace them. If new ones are too pricey though go online and see home much a specialist would charge to rebuild them form you.

A bad fuel injector can't be fixed, it must be replaced. Due to the construction of a fuel injector, the fine misting action can't be repaired.

It will depend if it is dirty or actually bad. Some injector can be rebuilt so consult the manufacturer to see if a kit is available if it's bad. If it just dirty then it can be cleaned with fuel treatments or by hand in some cases.
