Unplug it and unscrew it, it takes a special socket that you can get at an auto parts store. But before you buy that, try taking it out with an open end wrench. It helps to run the car and have the exhaust hot to get it out.

The sensors are located along the exhaust and fitted into a port. As they often seize one has to be careful. Also a special socket that will allow the wires to not be damaged is needed. A shop will charge about 200 dollars to do this job. You could buy the socket and sensor for half.

Oxygen sensor wire should be removed from wire harness. Remove the sensor using ratchet and socket. Do not damage the wire harness side of the outlet. Place the new oxygen sensor and tighten,Don't make over-tighten it will damage the threads. Plug the oxygen sensor wire to the wire harness and fasten it back to the frame.
