General question gets general answer. Find the fuse, pull out fuse, look on fuse for size, buy exact same size fuse and put new fuse into spot where you pulled out old fuse, finish!!

Usually amplifiers have a main fuse that can be replaced. Fuse is located on the back side of the amp. Unscrew the plastic cover and replace with same Amp rating

First unplug your amplifier from the power source. Car stereo amplifiers use blade fuses which can be removed with pliers. Home stereo amplifiers use glass fuses which can be removed by twisting. Remove all the old blown fuses and read the amp rating. Be sure to get a fuse of the same amp rating. Put the new fuses back into the amplifier. Reconnect your amplifier to the power source. The amplifier should now work again.

Well, you have to know where it is first, usually close to where the power input is. You should be able to just pull it out of it's socket.
