Replacing a T.v. tuner would require taking the T.V. apart and replacing the board itself. The tuner is not an easy repair so i would reccomend to bring it in to a repair shop.

If this is on a computer, many TV tuners are available. Generally, they are USB based, and you just plug them in, and use software like Windows Media Center to record TV programs. If this is a tuner inside a TV, most are intergrated into the circuit board on the TV itself, and can't be replaced.

You can replace you TV tuner by calling a engineer from the company. You can you tv tuner by buying a tuner card and it has four color controls — contrast, brightness, color, and tint — : if you set one properly, then change another, you'll most likely have to go back and change the first one again.
