I wouldn't try to do it myself. Opening up a set exposes the innards to dust and static electricity charges that will damage the set. Call a professional.
That is a very dangerous thing to do. If you're not a licensed TV technician, you should not even consider opening a TV, as the things in it could deliver a lethal shock to you.
