The wiring should be removed. then after unscrewing the nut, lift the entire plastic hose connected to that using a rope with a slip knot. Repair the connection or replace.

Turn power off disconnect wires at top of well casing take a long piece of inch and a quarter pipe thread into slip seal pull hard break seal

Well, first thing is first, you need to go get yourself a new well pump. How can you do that? You must visit an online store or any store and acquire the pump. Then when you get the pump, buy a self help book to guide you. Otherwise just install as you would.
