Does Saturn use a fuel pump?

Every car uses some type of fuel pump. Older cars had a mechanically drive pump. Modern ones use a electric pump. Evey model of Saturn will use an electric pump. I can;t tell you the cost of replacement though with out knowing more about what year and model it is. You can contact your local shops to get an estimate.

Yes a Saturn uses a fuel pump and its not cheap. The fuel pump is located in the tank so you have to drop the tank. Expect around $1000.
