Around the edge of the screen of the laptop there should be plastic or rubber pieces. Remove them and remove the screws underneath. Open the laptop completely remove the plastic around the screen. Unscrew the screws holding the screen panel and unhook connections. Replace screen in reverse order.

Buy a new screen compatible with your laptop. Remove the battery and the screws holding the screen tight. Disconnect the old screen and connect the new one. Put everything in place as it was and put the screws back. Or go to Toshiba service and pay them to replace it.

If you can manage to get the same screen size and shape you could try to replace it yourself but its recommended to bring it to a computer shop

an easy way to fix a broken screen on any laptop is to call the manufacture and they will either tell you how to replace it or tell you that you need to ship it back to them
