Well there are a lot of programs out there that can do this for you for free. Personally I like to use Adware but I have used Spybot search and destroy in the past. Just do a search online to find a list of reviews for free spyware removal tools. Then pick one that sounds good to you.

There are a couple of programs that you can use to remove spy ware for free. The best one that I have found is Spybot Search and Destroy.
