If you have an antivirus, you can try running it. My favorite program is MalwareBytes, it has a large list of spyware it will remove, and it's free!

Try Windows MST (Malicious Software Removal Tool), free from Microsoft. Other good free applications include Malware Bytes, Spybot, Hijack This!, and CC Cleaner. Also, install and run Microsoft Security Essentials, an excellent free antivirus program to avoid future problems. Check to make sure your firewall is up and running correctly.

It doesn't matter if it's a Dell laptop or any other type of laptop. There are anti-spyware software out there or paying solution. An antivirus might do the trick also. Or you might take your laptop to a repair center, obviously this is a non-free solution.

Using software like Malware Bytes would be the easiest method. It is free and allows you to scan your computer for threats and remove them very easily. Microsoft Security Essentials is another fantastic option.

If you have no pre-installed software for this then you will need to download some. I personally like to use a couple including Ad-Aware, Highjack This, and Avg Antivirus. All are available for free online and should be able to remove any spyware you have installed.

A good spyware remover can be downloaded from many different places. Microsoft, McAfee, and ZoneAlarm all offer software that will remove spyware from your computer.
