Your best bet is to get a free spyware removal program. There are several out there, but I have had good luck with "Spybot, Search and Destroy" and "Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware. " Both of those products are updated fairly regularly and if you run them often will help keep your computer spyware free.

The first thing you should do is download an antispyware program. The best one is Spybot Search & Destroy. It's also free. After it's downloaded, make sure to update the software, close all open windows, and run the program as an administrator. This should find and delete all the spyware.

Spyware is dangerous and it has to be removed. It can be done by booting an infected machine from a CD and running an operating system from either the CD that treats the C disk as a data disk,then run anti-spyware software from the bootable CD like The Ultimate Boot CD for Windows or from another machine on the network.
