It is doubtful you can replace a septic tank as it is not made of plastics. The septic tanks are underground constructions made with bricks and concrete. You have to call a mason to reconstruct a septic tank according to his advice.

Septic tanks are usually only sold directly to installers (plumbers, and septic professionals). If you must install it yourself, your may be able to purchase one from them.
