It depends on what remote model you have and sometimes which Philips TV you have too. It's too hard to say what the exact code would be without all of the information. Try googling the codes for that particular universal remote and you should be able to find the right code.

Universal remotes have a database of over 900 codes, unique for the brand of the TV, all of the codes could not fit in this answer, refer to the internet.

When you program any universal remote you must look in the book that comes with it in order to get the code for the TV you want to program, once you get the code you follow the directions and when it is programmed properly the Phillips TV will work.
