Power foggers, moth traps, moth sprays and products made to hang in your closets are available. Cedar and Lavender scented products work well, as does moth balls.

Make your home is as unattractive to the cedar moths as possible. Remove carpeting from closets. Keep clothing in areas that are not dark and damp. Be sure to store clothing and fabrics in air tight containers, away from dampness. You can purchase cedar blocks at department stores, they repel the moths with a particular scent and discourage dampness.
