One of the biggest things most big companies look at is if you have done your homework. You should check out the company's website to gather information about why you really want to work there. Also, you should wear the appropriate (usually business casual) attire and show that you have an outstanding personality for the job.

Practice interview questions with a family member or friend until you feel comfortable, have a complete resume ready, also decide what would be the proper attire.
