I use an egg wash first, then dip in in flour seasoned with garlic, pepper and salt (sometimes dill). Fry for about 10 minutes and serve with tarter sauce
Broiling fish is always a good way to start, you may also dip in beaten egg and dredge in flour and pan fry. I like to use lemon pepper on my fish as a flavor enhancer.
I like to broil my cod with butter in a ovenable dish with lemon pepper, or Old Bay seasoning. You could also add breadcrumbs on top before you broil them.
