Saute 4 tablespoons butter, 3 green onions, and 2 cups of chicken stock. When boiling add 1 bunch of asparagus (washed, sliced in 1/2 inch pieces) Boil for 15 minutes. Put mixture in blender and puree. Return mixture to pan, add 1 cup cream, simmer for 20 minutes and serve.
