How do you prepare asparagus soup?

Firtly, fry up some chopped onions and add two of asparagus and 3 cups of chicken stock and bring to the boil. Blend together with a handblender and stir in a carton of fresh cream. Garnish with a sprig of parsley and black pepper

Saute 4 tablespoons butter, 3 green onions, and 2 cups of chicken stock. When boiling add 1 bunch of asparagus (washed, sliced in 1/2 inch pieces) Boil for 15 minutes. Put mixture in blender and puree. Return mixture to pan, add 1 cup cream, simmer for 20 minutes and serve.

I serve 8-12 stalks per person. Select thinner stalks of asparagus that are not woody in texture. Steam diced aspaagus in a covered microwave bowl for 4 minutes. Make a white sauce with 4 tablespoons butter and 2 tablespoons cornstarch. Add 1 quart heavy cream and 45 asparagus stalks. Heat to simmering. Serve after sprinkling parmesan cheese on each serving.

Cut and clean fres aparagus. you will then need butter, leeks, garlic chicken broth,salt and pepper, water and milk to make it creamy. mix all ingredients in pot and serve.

Fry onions, celery and leeks in butter or olive oil (10 minutes), then add the asparagus and chicken broth and boil (20 minutes). Mix everything in a blender.
