How do you prepare a homemade precast foundation wall?

I need to make my own foundation wall.

Prepare concrete mix, make mold out of timber boards (700mm wide and 1m long is good), pour in mixture (about 300mm thick), leave to dry in cool, dry area.

If this wall is for outside use then the easiest way is to use cinder blocks and motise. Prepare the surface first and make darn sure its level. Place a thick layer of motise onto your chalked base lines. Lay your first row of blocks slowly and carefully insureing they are straight. Work upwards checking each row
