You need to know before demolition if the wall you are working on is load bearing or not. You may want to hire a structural engineer if unsure, you could wreck your house.

This is not cheap. Only a professional can do this. If the foundation is buckling they the cause of the buckling will need to be addressed. If there is just a cement brick that need to be repaired they that an easy fix. This is hard to answer since I don't know what the wall looks like.
