Dinner menus should always include one appetizer (such as a side salad or some chips and dip), a side (vegetables, fruit, rice, etc), a main dish (chicken, steak, meatloaf, enchiladas), drinks, and a dessert. Something to keep in mind is that if you are wine drinkers, red wine goes with heavy meats like beef, while white goes with fish.
