To make guacamole, you will need an Avacado, some tomatoes, and a lime. Some people spice it up with an onion, but it is not necessary. Mash up the Avacado, and chop up the tomatoes and add some lime juice. Save the Avacado pit to keep in the mix.

There are many different recipes, but here is a real easy one: buy a jar of salsa and a couple of ripe avocados. Smash up the avocados and add salsa until it is the consistency you like.
