remove the pip from a ripe avocado and combine with crushed garlic, greek yoghurt, lemon juice and mash with a fork. Chill and then garnish with chopped cilantro
Mash 3 avocados with juice from 1 lime. Stir in fresh chopped cilantro, 2 diced tomatoes, 1/2 cup diced onion and 1 minced garlic clove. Add salt to taste. Serve
