Depending on the wood and the theme of the deck, choose lumber and hardware accordingly. It is best to draw the deck to scale first in order to do the job correctly. With the necessary materials, measure and cut all pieces. Mount the cap, balusters, and rails to the posts.

Required Items:Hammer, saw, drill ,screw driver & lumber Firstly we need to Fix the post at equal distance horizontally. Then, we must drill 1.5 cm holes in equal distance vertically to fix handrails. After cutting the Spindles, we shall nail the handrails between the posts.

Place your posts about 10 feet apart from each other. You will then need to place the horizontals in. They should be no more than 2 feet from each other. You should start at the top and work your way down. Once in paint or detail it to make it attractive.

Deck handrails are fairly easy to build. Install vertical posts and use a two inch by four inch beam as runners between posts. Add any additional accents or slatted materiel that you would like and you are completely done.
