Recycling different types of bottles and cans build a fence with cement and use the bottles and cans as fillers then proceed with the color, texture, style of stucco desired.
Use conventional blockwork to make the basis of the fence in the usual way - foundations up. Then use your rendering ('stucco') to cover the fence. It's best to wet the wall first to improve cling, then spray the medium with a purpose made gun.
