How do you make a plaster of Paris in concrete?

You would have to make a mold and then after you have done that you could pour the plaster into the molds.

Plaster of Paris is not a very good material for the purpose of making stepping stone garden, because it will slowly dissolve in rain water even if it is used along with hydrocol or hydrostone plaster,although you happen to seal them perfectly,they will be fragile and will not withstand weight.

Um you can try making it by copying a painting. You start by making a tower for Eiffel tower and then add some lights for Chanselise road. I don't know what else you can do.

Since you have never done this before try and download something from the Internet or go to Home Depot or Lowes and take one of their classes
