Don't try it. Home made tattoos generally end up looking even worse than jail-house work. It will fade quickly, and will not last. Save you time and money until you can afford a trip to a reputable shop in your area. There are plenty of good artists out there who do goo work at reasonable prices. Find one.

You should never attempt to tattoo yourself or another person without the proper training and equipment. You run the risk of causing an infection or worse.
