To make a diaper cake, you have to open the package of diapers. Roll each diaper, and use as much as you need to form a circular cake.

what you could do is open the diaper and make a cake on top of it or you can put a diaper on top of the cake.

Start with the inside of a bounty roll, wrap side on pampers one after the other. Secure with tape til you can get a ribbon on it. Make 3 tiers.
