Since you are planning to take a trip to Spain, I would suggest that you Google for 'etiquette of Spain'. One of the search results will be for a site called 'TripAdvisor'. This site will give you some basics of Spanish etiquette. You might also check Fodor's for more assistance.

There are universal etiquette rules that should be practiced. The ones that are exclusive to a country can be learned through online searching and finding books on the subject.
