Symptoms of pancreatic problems may include abominable pain, fever, vomiting, low blood pressure, rapid pulse rate and dehydration. If you suspect that you have pancreatic cancer you may experience one or more of the following symptoms: loss of appetite, stomach ache, weight loss, backache, Jaundice, fever and itching all over the body.

The pancreas is an organ that is responsible for converting excess glucose in the body. The common indication that your pancreas has a problem is the presence of glucose in your urine. This means that your pancreas is not working properly and this should be proved by a laboratory test.

Acute pancreatitis causes pain in the upper abdomin and abdominal pain radiating to the back and that feels worse after eating. It also causes nausea, vomiting, and the abdomen is tender to the touch. Chronic pancreatitis causes weight loss, indigestion and oily, smelly stools, along with the upper abdominal pain.
