You can kill them in a few ways. The most effective is to buy special lice shampoo and leave it in the hair as directed. This is the best way!!!! Another way is to get a fine toothed comb. You comb the hair and remove the eggs. Take the eggs and dispose of them. Flushing them down the toilet works.
