the tile can be installed at the aides and in the outlet and outside the pool. since the fiber glass will not brake like normal installation it can be done on the fiber glass also.
You will need to hire a professional tile man for this job... its too big for a amatuer to do themselves. If you try you will have an uneven ragged pool bottom which is unattractive and dangerous.
