You may install a small sub panel. You may use 12/3 NMWU directly buried. Please ensure that the pump is CFI protected. All metal parts should be bonded together with copper wire and connected to the grounding plate buried 600 cm. It is recommended that you from a friendly pool electrician. Also, please do follow the code rules.

It is re commented to use the service of a qualified electrician to install a pool sub panel. Metal parts should be properly bonded together and should be properly earthed.

Not really, but I can tell you what one is. A pool sub panel is another panel for the pool that makes it look cool.
