You can try a Haynes manual, my dad bought one for himself and he managed to install the evaporator on his 94 Civic. I hope this will be usefull for you.

The Honda Civic is a very easy vehicle to work on because of the large amount of room you have under the engine bay. Locate the A/C unit and unbolt it so you can get to the evaporator. Once the a/c motor is pulled, disassemble the evaporator and replace with the new one.

In order to install an a/c evaporator in a Civic, you'll need a three fourth's inch monkey wrench and a little elbow grease.
