Computer setup is done by almost any in-home computer service company. The initial setup should not be difficult and there should be well labeled instructions with your computer if you purchased it new. If you have access to another computer you can always go the manufacure's website and look for a "Setup Guide" under the product support.

You have to connect the power cable to the back of the computer tower. Attach the monitor cables and plug it into an outlet or power strip.

Usually any place that sell computer has a group of technicians that can install your computer for you. If they don't have this service then you can contact someone like Geek Squad to do it for you. You can also just follow the instruction provided with the computer.
