Stop giving him treats and only feed regular diet. If it does not stop take him to a veterinarian. Bring a stool sample to check for parasites when you go.

The first thing to do is fast the dog for 24 hours, then feed only boiled white rice twice a day for a day or two. Then gradually add back a good quality dog food to the diet, increasing the amount over a few days until only feeding dog food.
