Go to your local smoke shop and purchase rolling papers and loose tobacco. Placed a square paper on a flat surface and put a little loose tobacco in a line down the middle. Lick one side of the paper, press it closed over the tobacco, and roll up the paper. Twist ends.

Prince Albert and Bugler use leaf paper, which is cumbersome to roll right and tight. Tobaccostation. com and other RYO cigarette sites sell tubes (complete cigarette with filter without the tobacco) and several types of tobacco. I purchased a cigarette machine for about $50. 00 to insert the tobacco into the tube. One pound of tobacco makes 2 and a half cartons!!

Purchase tobacco and rolling papers at a cigarette store. Place a small amount of tobacco on the rolling paper and then roll the paper around the tobacco and seal the end. You can also purchase a machine for less than the cost of a pack of cigarettes that rolls and filters a cigarette for you.

Buy loose tobaccco in a pouch, most come with rolling papers. I suggest buying a cigarette rolling machine. They are inexpensive and roll a perfect cigarette every time.
