How do you go about cleaning a couch?

I would really recommend you take all the cushions off and vacuum the entire thing thoroughly. For stains that won't come out, get fabric cleaner spray and follow the instructions on the back. Also get fabreze for after your finished to get rid of any lingering smells. Good Luck with cleaning!

Buy a fabric cleaning solution at the store. Make sure to test it in an inconspicuous spot to make sure it will not damage the fabric. The pet hair can be cleaned off with a lint brush. If your couch has removable covers, you can wash them in your washing machine.

The first step is to vacuum it. The second step is to take off the couch cover and wash it on gentle cycle in the washer.

I wet first the couch then i put laundry powder then i get brush. i brush the couch thoroughly and i repeat put laundry powder then brush again the wash. I do it three times untill the dirth in the couch is gone then i let it dry under the sun.
