First, try and uninstall any suspicious programs that may be the sorce of the malware. Then scan the computer with a malware removal program. The person should run a full system scan to make sure each piece of malware is found on the computer. After that, have the program remove the malware.

There are several antivirus programs that can remove malware. If it is still there, you may need to get a root kit remover to get rid of it.

Use a free program like malwarebytes, spybot search and destroy, or adaware. If they will not work right, try booting your computer in safe mode first. Once in safe mode, try installing/running the programs again and when you are done, restart your computer and do another scan. If this fails, consult your problem on a tech forum.

Lightest option is use SpyBot to remove it. Baddest option is use D-Ban clean hard disk everything. Lavasoft Adawere and Panda also has great tools remove malware and spyware. I say use: Spybot, Lavasoft Panda and if they can clean your machine use D-Ban remove malware.

It is eays to get rid of malwares. You have to download a program called "Malware bytes anti-malware" and update it. After that just run a complete scan.

Start by downloading some from of adware/spyware removal tool. Next uninstall the programs. Then run your scanner and remove any items it recommends. Re scan or restart until they disappear.
