The easiest way is to pour hydrogen peroxide into the ear canals. It is not recommended to use a cotton swab because it very easy to damage the ear drum.

The easy way is to put a few drops of olive oil into your ear two to three times a day. By doing this the ear wax will become soft and will be expelled by ciliary movement of the ear. However, if this does not work ypu should consult your doctor and they will use suction machine.

You should regularly clean your ears with a Q-Tip to get rid of buildup, but if it is bad enough to affect your hearing you may need to flush it with olive oil or baby oil for a few days and then use a syringe to irrigate the ear with water. Your pharmacist can give you detailed instructions.

The most popular way to clean your ears is with a Q-tip, however, you should not do this! Q-tips push the wax farther into the ear canal. You may want to make a trip to the doctor to get them cleaned out at this point. Ask him for his recommendation for ear cleansing products.
