PUK codes are of the Sim. These PUK codes differ from each SIM. You can find this code on the Jacket of the new SIM card or by calling up the Carrier. You might even have to visit them.

A Personal Unblocking Key (PUK) is a security feature on your phone. Contact your carrier to get the PUK and unlock your SIM card.
