You can get new ceiling fan pulls either by going out to your local part stores "ie" Home Depot, Menard's, Lowe's. or by ordering them online from those same part stores.

Well you can get them from walmart or any other major department store. The best place to get them is online though.

Lamp specialty stores should carry ceiling fan pulls. There are even online stores that specializes in them. I recommend doing an online search using the term "ceiling fan pulls" to locate sites that might sell them. Lamp Plus might also have them. In addition, you might also try general hardware stores like Home Depot or Lowe's.
