Baking has a lot to do with the equipment you use. Make sure your pans are of good quality and conduct heat evenly. Also, use an oven thermometer to check the temperature of the oven. If you continue to have problems, you can check your community college to see if they offer courses in baking or culinary arts.

Baking is also an art done by the practice for doing accurate baking their are different kinds of stove ever where but with the common stove baking is very easy for cakes and biscuits type things the temperature is 180 degrees.Microwave should not be used for baking because every time the dish gets burn.
