For a Personal Computer/ Laptop / Mac, you insert the dvd in the dvd-drive, and from windows/other operating sistem, you right click on the dvd icon, and select format
Insert the blank disc into your disc drive and a dialog box with an option to burn will appear. Click show formatting options and choose live file system or mastered.
Insert the DVD into any PC that supports DVD. Navigate to the DVD in your operating system, find the sub options and click format. All operating systems support this.
the fastest thing i know how to do is download Virtual clone drive and use it. It is fast and effective. I burn movies all the time and a virtual clone drive download can be found on alot of homepage searches.
