How do you flush the brake lines?

My mechanic told me this needs to be done.

Open bleeders on each brake and bleed off brake system. Ensure that the master cylinder is replaced with fresh fluid to ensure no air in brake lines.

Drain your master cylinder by taking the fittings off of it and then drain the lines by removing the fittings at each wheel and caliper. I would reccomend letting your mechanic do this because it is very easy to not bleed it right when done and to break a line

Basically you just remove the brake lines and let the system drain. Then you refill it with new fluid and bleed out the air.

Open your brake fluid cap. Pull off each wheel to access the bleeder valve on your brake caliper. Unscrew the bleeder ONLY while someone is pressing on the brake, forcing out fluid. make sure the bleeder is closed before the brake pedal is released. Repeat until no air is exiting.
