What happens if you accidentally get power steering fluid in the brake lines?

Remove the fluid in the brake system. You need two people. One person inside the car and one outside the car. The person outside the car will keep some fluid in the reservior and open and close the bleeder screw at the caliper. The inside person will push the brake pedal to the floor when the bleeder is opened. Repeat

Well steering fluid is not designed to be used in the brake system. You need to drain and flush the system. Then refill with DOT approved fluid and bleed them.
