Your electrolyte balance can be affected by things like strenuous activities when it's hot or things that make you sweat. The stomache flu or other things that affect your digestion can make you run short. If you do get dehydrated you can drink Gatorade and electrolyte drinks.
Sports drinks such as Gatorade are good for fixing your electrolytes. Symptoms of electrolyte imbalance include nausea, lightheadedness, muscle cramping and twitches. Heavy exercise is generally the cause.

After 8 months of weight loss, I started having severe problems that started with a continual headache and ended with a couple seizures. After finally learning the cause, I began eating right and adding gatorade, I am doing much better. Thank GOD!! I thought I was going to go crazy. add a comment
