Remove wheel,rake caliper, brakes, brake mounts,drive axle nut AND Unbolt the balljoints Break those loose, then remove the hub and rotor Reverse the steps and thats it.

Well if the bearing on your car are going bad then you will need to replace them unless they are rebuild-able. This means that the wheel will have to be pulled off. Then the bearing will have to be removed. This usually requires a special tool. Then the new bearing must be packed with grease and the process is reversed.
